Block of the Month -- July, 2010
“Dutchman's Puzzle” (Block 12 of 12)

Block Size -- 12" x 12" finished (12½" x 12½" with seam allowance)

Thanks to BOM Ladies Sue Nann and Lee Hickman for their twist on our Block of the Month program for August 2009 - July 2010. Each month we have published a different variation of the Dutchman's Puzzle block. Make up the block pattern in your choice of fabrics and bring it to the next Guild meeting - you'll be entered in a drawing for a prize. You get to keep your block and by now, you'll have enough blocks for a quilt! Download this pdf-format document to read all the details. Happy piecing and quilting to make a beautiful quilt!

NOTE: This month’s block calls for 5 colors – white on white, and four shades of the same color (light, medium, medium dark and dark).
