“May's Choice”

Block Size -- 12" x 12" finished (12½" x 12½" with seam allowance)

Fabric: Cut Directions:
Dark (lavendar) (6) -- 3 7/8" squares,
cut in half diagonally
Light (white) (6) -- 3 7/8" squares,
cut in half diagonally
Medium (complimentary or blue print) (4) -- 3 7/8" squares,
cut in half diagonally

May's Choice is made from 16 half-square-triangle squares.

Cut the triangles as described above and follow the diagram to piece the block.

Keep in mind:
Use 100% cotton fabrics for the block.
Wash the fabrics before cutting the quilt pattern. Do not use fabrics that bleed or run.
Stitch all seams ¼".
Press seams toward the dark fabric unless the pattern dictates otherwise.
