The winning ticket was drawn on Sunday afternoon of BVQ's 2008 quilt show. The winner, Tracy, of Downingtown, PA, also received a matching 20" x 20" pillow and two pillow cases. Second prize was a Red Dawn Quilt kit, which was donated by Laurie Shifrin, the author of “Batik Beauties: 18 Stunning Quilts”, the book containing the pattern for the raffle quilt. Out of all the tickets in the tub, Tracy was the winner of the kit, too!
