Leave your kids, mate and house behind for a Mystery Quilt and UFO Weekend Getaway! Enjoy the pleasures of the Amish Farm countryside while stitching your way through clues to discover the identity of a mystery quilt, or you can work on your own UFO's (and we all have plenty of those!) Ideas will also be shared, along with new quilt tricks and Show and Tell.
Your Friday night arrival will be a Wine and Cheese get-together and Geri's Tricky Trade, followed by Amish dinner and then start sewing. Saturday morning will be spent with more sewing but the afternoon is open for shopping and dinner out. The area abounds with outlet shopping, antiques, and discount quilting supplies! Sunday morning you will finish up sewing and head for home with the mystery solved or finished projects.
The getaway package is $225 and includes two nights' lodging, a country breakfast, a homemade lunch, a country dinner, Sunday brunch and Mystery Quilt clues. You'll be sure to plant seeds of friendship that will grow for years to come.
